      • We offer a lifetime warranty on the frame of our products to the original owner.
      • As long as you own the product, we guarantee that the frame will remain structurally sound under normal usage conditions.
      • If any issues arise with the frame, we will repair or replace it to ensure your continued satisfaction.

    Exclusions:

    • The Wike Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

    Making a Warranty Claim:

If you wish to return unopened and unused product after 30 days of purchase the shipping to you and return shipping will not be refunded.

In 1993 Wike founder Bob Bell began building bike trailers at home in Guelph, Ontario (Canada), selling them at the local farmer’s market on Saturday mornings. By 1997 we stepped into the online market, setting ourselves apart with our original design featuring an adjustable tow bar.
